In 2009, Tahota signed restructuring agreement on behalf of Sichuan Airlines Group, Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Ltd. and People's government of Chengdu (Chengdu Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd.) in Chengdu, successfully restructured United Eagle Airlines into Chengdu Airlines, involving the total amount of RMB7,000 million.

In June 2010, Tahota helped Sichuan Airlines Group and Hebei Provincial People's Government complete the Northeast Airlines restructuring. Besides, Tahota participated in the International Fund entering aviation industry, the preparation, operation and other work of Trans-Asia Airways and Tibet Airlines for many times.
